Their role is to support the students in ensuring that learning accommodations and supports are in place and provided. This includes helping teachers in the classrooms to meet children's learning needs in the moment. Support includes:

• Push-in and pull-out teaching

• One-on-ones

• Creating learning plans

• Student observations

• Parent communications and conferences
